The unique layering technique used here creates a buckle of incredible depth and complexity. First, the foundation of sterling silver is bordered by a band of fourteen-karat rose gold. Next, successive layers of “bricks” are placed on top of one another in an artful design. All the bricks are cut separately by hand and made of either silver or fourteen-karat red, yellow or green gold. The colors, shapes, pattern and negative space result in a modern work of it that challenges assumptions of what a belt buckle can be. Fits all 30mm belt straps.,
